1. Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the REC3RD browser extension ("Extension") developed and operated by BeaconIQ ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing, accessing, or using the Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not install, access, or use the Extension.

2. Free Beta and Paid Features

Currently, the Extension is in a free beta period. This means that you may use the Extension for free with limited features. We reserve the right to introduce paid features at any time with notice. If you choose to subscribe to paid features, you will be subject to additional terms and conditions specific to those features.

3. License and Restrictions

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Extension for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Extension.
• Use the Extension for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Remove or tamper with any proprietary notices or markings in the Extension.
• Share your Extension access with others.
• Do anything that could harm or disrupt the Extension or its underlying infrastructure.

4. User Content

The Extension allows you to record video through your browser and upload it to YouTube. You are solely responsible for any content ("User Content") you create or upload using the Extension. You represent and warrant that:

• You own all rights to the User Content or have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses to use and upload it.
• The User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
• The User Content is not illegal, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive.
• You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or damages arising from your User Content or your use of the Extension.
• User owns all the content that is recorded by them in their signin session and is directly in accordance with Youtube's terms of use.

5. Data Privacy

We collect and use certain data in connection with your use of the Extension, as described in more detail in our Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab). Please review our Privacy Policy carefully before installing or using the Extension.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Extension, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages.

8. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Extension at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chhattisgarh, India without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Arbitration Institution then in effect. The arbitration shall be conducted in Chhattisgarh, India.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the Extension.
